Rare Panther Pink 1970 Dodge Coronet ”Pink Bee” – Beautiful Sound

Jason Tillman’s 1970 Dodge Coronet Super Bee is a very rare Mopar because it is one of only 7 factory painted 2-door coupes in FM3 Panther Pink.

The vehicle is powered by a strong 383 Magnum engine mated to a 4-speed manual transmission.
The “Pink Bee” has a fascinating backstory, which we will now share with you.
Jason Tillman’s Panther Pink 1970 Dodge Coronet Super Bee rolled off the assembly line in February 1970, complete with hood pins, Go wing, White C-tries, N96 RamCharger hood, and Hurst pistol grip shifter.

Jason’s father purchased it from a friend in 1979 for a ridiculous $25 (Jason still has the receipt), and the “Pink Bee” has been a part of the family since then.

Jason began working on the 1970 Dodge Super Bee when he was 15 years old, and once it was up and running, the “Pink Bee” became his high school ride, how cool is that?

After a while, the Mopar was parked in their driveway, where it spent the next ten years of its life.

In 1993, Jason and his father stripped the muscle car down to bare metal and had it repainted in its factory original FM3 Panther Pink.

Unfortunately, Jason’s father died soon after, but the 1970 Dodge Super Bee keeps his memory and the time Father and Son spent together alive.

“Pink Bee” is far from a show stopper, but Jason adores it and drives it frequently. “I hope one of my three kids, if not all of them, will cherish it after I’m gone,” Jason said at the end.
